We are currentlylooking for a passionate Front Office Shift Leader , to join our Front Office team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistentlydelivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and eachother.

As a Front Office Shift Leader , your main duties and expectations for the role willinclude :
- Support and coordinate support, with Guest service agents, for areas requested during busy periods.
- Confidently use various computer systems such as Opera
- Up-sell room types at every available opportunityto achieve the departmental up-selling goal
- To train, support and review the Guest ServiceAgents to achieve the personal and departmental goals
- Conduct Quality Checks to ensure Guest ServiceAgents consistently adhere to the prescribed service standards
- To monitor the appearance, conduct,
guestrelation skills and punctuality of Reception staff in order that the requireddepartmental standards are met.
You will be required to work 40hours per week, on a shift rota.
