You have the capability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer, to challenge and inspire them. To achieve this you combine technical and functional knowledge.
You can move your customers to adopt best practice, to think in terms of end-to-end processes and to build a sustainable reference architecture (scalable,
maintainable and performant).
During the implementation phase you stay involved in projects and guide the implementation team.
