The Role :
This is a stand out opportunity for a Corporate Public Markets Supervising Associate to join this top 40 City of London law firm.
- Within this role you will be focussing on;
- Equity capital markets (including US Securities);
- M&A;, public and private;
- Corporate governance and listed company advisory;
- Private equity, asset management and investment funds; and
- Joint ventures, reorganisations, and restructurings.
The Ideal Candidate :
- A qualified solicitor with 4-7 years of PQE.
- You will have good organisational skills.
- Excellent client relationship skills and desire to carry out business development. Utilise client focus initiatives and monitor service levels of client needs.
