Our esteemed client aleading secondary school in Reigate Surrey is seeking a highlyqualified and dynamic English Teacher to join their renowned English department.
This fulltime permanentposition offers a stimulating environment for a passionate educatorto make a lasting impact on the academic and personal developmentof students across Key Stages 3 4 and5.
About theRole :
The successful candidatewill be responsible for :
- Deliveringinspiring and engaging English lessons that foster a love ofliterature and language in students of allabilities.
- Designing and implementinginnovative lesson plans and assessments that align with thenational curriculum and schools educationalphilosophy.
- Creating a supportive and inclusivelearning environment that encourages student participation criticalthinking and creativity.
- Building strongrelationships with students parents and colleagues to ensure acollaborative and effective approach to teaching andlearning.
- Participating in departmentalmeetings and professional development activities to continuouslyenhance teaching skills andknowledge.
QualificationsandExperience :
- Bachelorsdegree in English or a related field.
- QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teachingqualification.
- Proven track record ofsuccessful teaching experience at the secondary level preferablyacross KS3 / 4 / 5.
- Excellent communicationinterpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strongpassion for English literature and language and a commitment toinspiring students to reach their fullpotential.
