They are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Business and Economics Teacher to join their faculty in a full-time, permanent capacity.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering a comprehensive and engaging curriculum in Business and Economics to students across Key Stages 4 and 5.
The role entails fostering a dynamic and stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking, financial literacy, and an understanding of economic principles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver captivating lessons that align with the national curriculum and the school's educational ethos.
- Create a classroom atmosphere that promotes student engagement, participation, and collaborative learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Business and Economics department and across the school to enrich the learning experience.
- Stay abreast of current pedagogical approaches and developments in business and economic education.
Qualifications and Experience :
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Business and / or Economics at the secondary level.
