We are looking for candidates with previous sales experience who are looking for a career change and would like to work with one of the most Successful Independent Dealer Groups in the UK.

About the Role
Year Guaranteed £30,000
- On target earning of £30,000-£55,000 uncapped
- Option of Company Car or Car Allowance (T&C; Apply)
- Salary Sacrifice EV Car Scheme
- A Flexible 5-day working week
- Sunday work hours 10.00am to 3.00pm (when worked)
- 28 Days Annual Leave (Inc Bank holidays)
About You :
- Selling the right sales package for the customer, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism at the top of your list.
- Possess excellent customer facing skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. You will be competent in negotiating and closing sales whilst maintaining an excellent customer experience.
- Well-presented and able to engage and build positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Able to work with defined processes and guidelines and have good core administration skills to accurately capture customer details to the required standards.
- Results focused, you will be resilient to manage customer objections and to learn from feedback.
