Key Responsibilities
- Case Management : Oversee a portfolio of insolvency appointments, ensuring that all statutory deadlines are met with precision.
- Stakeholder Communication : Engage confidently with clients, creditors, and stakeholders, managing communication through letters, emails, and meetings.
- Investigation & Analysis : Get hands-on with bank statements and records,
supporting investigations and preparing for interviews.
- Business Development : Assist in research and external networking, while looking out for opportunities to expand our services.
- Learning & Growth : Enhance your technical expertise with on-the-job training and support for courses like R3’s Introduction to Insolvency.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience : Previous experience in a professional environment, preferably in a similar role, with a good grasp of insolvency principles.
- Attention to Detail : You’re diligent, organised, and always strive for accuracy in your work.
- Communication Skills : Whether it’s drafting an email or speaking to a client, you’re professional, clear, and confident.
- Tech Savvy : You know your way around MS Excel and Word, and you're always keen to improve your skills.
- Team Spirit : You’re an enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and the ability to manage your workload efficiently.
