The Scheme :

Whether on-site or in the office, you'll develop your communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, all while contributing to projects that make a lasting impact.
Upon completing the placement, there's potential for sponsorship and the opportunity to join our Graduate Scheme, paving the way for your future with us.
What You'll Do :
- Assist with project planning, cost control, record-keeping, and method statements.
- Bring fresh ideas and energy to our innovative projects.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including engineers, commercial teams, and stakeholders, while learning from experienced professionals.
- Engage with local communities, contributing to the positive impact we have across the UK.

What We're Looking For :
- You're pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

- A full UK driving licence and a desire to work towards professional qualifications.
