Senior Development Manager Private Equity Office, Residential, Data Centre assets - London
Falmouth Fairfax are working exclusively with an entrepreneurial investment business with a large Pan European asset portfolio.
They are currently looking to hire a Senior Development Manager (with a design / project management background) to join their London office.

£90, - £, + Benefits + Bonus
The Role :
The Senior Development Manager will report into the Head of Development and will lead the value-add cut and carve,
CAT A / B fit out and office refurbishment projects across their UK and European portfolio to time, budget and quality.
Average developments will be between c.30, , Sqft with construction costs of between c.£3 million and £40 million. The Development Manager will have oversight from acquisition input to handover but due to the current team dynamics, they are preferable looking for someone from an Architecture and Design background (who has subsequential developed their career through project and development management) as a core focus of the role will be in the front end due diligence, design, planning, project set up and procurement stages and acting as design guardian through the build process.
The Senior Development Manager will be expected to handle circa 4 5 office and data centre projects (total Capex c.£50 million) both leading the delivery and overseeing development parents on their European portfolio.
In addition,
there will also be involvement and oversight and higher-level monitoring of their developments in the residential BtR and Hotel investment portfolio.

Requirements :
MRICS (preferably) with a degree in Architecture, Design or Project Management
C. 10 years of professional experience
Solid experience leading the -development process of office Cut and Carve, CAT A / B fit-out and refurbishment projects with construction costs above £5 million.
A focus on leading the design RIBA 1 4 and creating value through delivery.
Commercially astute with good stakeholder management and reporting skills.
Strong communication and organisation skills to work within a fast passed entrepreneurial private equity environment.
Experience of European assets / projects and secondary language skills would be an advantage.
