Overview
We are hiring for a Head of Global Strategic Advisory (GSA) International to provide industry leading insights, drive higher ROI and build market leading capabilities to set us apart from our competitors.
In this role, you’ll act as the regional GSA point-person, working together with internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes for our clients and business.
How you'll make an impact Key Responsibilities : Develop, implement, and manage a robust, strategic, and sustainable regional GSA plan, on a short, medium, and long-term basis.
Ensuring alignment with both the regional and Global Strategic Advisory strategy and deliver against regional and global priorities.
Provide regular reporting on progress against regional and GSA KPIs Deliver financial impact against defined targets for GSA and the Region Build a pipeline of external target clients.
Identify opportunities to retain and build relationships with existing clients. Input into RFPs and present to prospective clients on GSA capabilities Drive measurable increase client satisfaction through engagements with the GSA function and content delivery.
Identify new offering, insights and intellectual property opportunities and work with the relevant teams to bring these to life.
Provide a portfolio of scalable options to sell and deliver client engagements. Identification and development of new and relevant content for client insights and working closely together with the GSA Product Development team.
Foster working relationships across the region to ensure GSA is embedded into the region and is enabled to drive successful outcomes regionally and globally.
Lead and build a high performing team and develop talents. member of the GSA and Regional leadership team,
actively contributes to it and leads as well as role-model a performance, people & client centric and entrepreneurial culture.
Provide thought leadership, coaching, support, and direction to the team. About You Skills and Experience Required : Experience of managing high performing teams and delivering consulting projects to external clients.
Strong knowledge of the Property and Casualty industry for the respective markets. Ability to establish relationships with clients as well as internally, while managing and manoeuvre the bolt-on nature of the GSA business to the core.
