Role Summary

The Events Executive role is responsible for organising and delivering marketing events, both in person and online, to ensure presence and awareness of the UK brands within PEXA. The role will involve identifying, booking and then organising events aligned to the marketing plan and budget, including ensuring appropriate representation from PEXA colleagues and, where applicable, customers. This role is key for shaping how the Company is perceived by external audiences and will span all of the verticals and brands within PEXA, ensuring a consistent and positive brand representation across all events.

Key Accountabilities







- Support the Product Marketing Director in planning, organising, and executing a wide range of events across all UK brands within the PEXA group, including trade events, hospitality, webinars, customer forums, regional events, and internal functions.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end event management process, from initial planning and vendor co-ordination to on-the-day execution and post-event reporting.
- Coordinate all logistics for events; including venue sourcing, booking, catering, travel arrangements, and equipment setup, ensuring smooth execution and attendee satisfaction.
- Manage the creation and distribution of event-related marketing materials; including invitations, promotional content, and post-event follow-up communications.






- Oversee the selection, ordering, and distribution of branded merchandise for events, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and event goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders; including sales, product, and marketing teams, to align event objectives with broader business goals and campaign strategies.
- Track and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are recorded and aligned with overall marketing budgets.
- Monitor event attendance, feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations for future events.
- Maintain and update a calendar of events, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of upcoming activities and deadlines.






- Produce detailed post-event reports; including analysis of attendee engagement, ROI, and overall event success, offering recommendations for future improvements.

Skills and Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in event management and co-ordination roles.
- Event Planning Expertise: Proven experience in planning and executing a range of events, from large-scale trade shows to intimate customer forums, with a focus on both in-person and virtual events (e.g. webinars).
- Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Skilled in coordinating with external vendors (venues, caterers,





suppliers) and internal stakeholders to ensure all event logistics are handled smoothly and efficiently.
- Budget Management: Experience tracking and managing event budgets, ensuring all costs are controlled and aligned with financial objectives.
- Creative Approach to Events: Ability to think creatively when planning events to ensure they stand out and deliver strong brand experiences for attendees.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Skilled in tracking event metrics, compiling post event reports, and providing insights and recommendations to inform future events and improve ROI.
- Merchandise Coordination: Experience managing the selection, ordering, and distribution of branded merchandise to enhance event visibility and attendee engagement.
