Are you a strategic thinker and digital expert looking for your next challenge in healthcare communications? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic global agency where you will lead digital healthcare communications strategies and campaigns for key UK and global pharma clients.

You’ll play a critical role in driving growth and delivering exceptional results, while also helping to shape the digital future of healthcare communications.

What you'll bring :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital healthcare communications , with a strong track record in agency settings

Expertise in paid social media strategy , especially across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok, tailored to the UK healthcare market







Proven experience developing and executing influencer and advocacy programs in the UK healthcare space

Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills

Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to craft innovative digital healthcare communications strategies

Experience managing multiple accounts and overseeing client budgets to ensure project profitability

A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with UK healthcare regulations (e.g. ABPI Code of Practice) and how they impact digital communications

Your responsibilities will include :

Leading digital healthcare communications strategies and campaigns for key UK and global pharma clients

Providing expert counsel on paid social media strategies and influencer programs, tailored to the UK healthcare market

Managing project profitability, overseeing client budgets, and being responsible for overall account performance







Leading and mentoring UK-based account teams to deliver high-quality work and foster professional growth

Collaborating with internal teams to develop impactful content for UK healthcare audiences

Contributing to new business efforts, delivering presentations, and driving growth in the digital healthcare practice
