OverviewOur client is looking for an experienced and committed Live-in Domestic Couple for their beautiful rural property in an area of AONB near Salisbury. The residence is an idyllic weekend retreat for the Principals and provides a serene escape from the bustle of everyday life. The Principals enjoy regular hosting, transforming their home into a haven for gatherings and parties.

They are looking for a meticulous Housekeeper, to work 40 hours a week, and an experienced Maintenance/Handy Person to work 15-20 hours a week. Hours for both positions are likely to extend during the summer and beyond, to accommodate renovations, entertaining, and running errands, with compensation adjusted accordingly, on a month by month basis.





The Domestic Couple will be provided with a separate apartment, with a large open kitchen and sitting room, double bedroom, and bathroom, and have use of an onsite car.

Job duties:Responsibilities of the Live-in Domestic Couple near Salisbury include:Daily cleaning of all living spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas

Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors

Changing bed linens and making beds

Managing laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organisation

Planning and preparing meals for the Principals and occasional guests

Maintaining a well-stocked and organised kitchen

Conducting routine maintenance tasks for the property

Coordinating with external contractors for more extensive repairs

Taking care of the Principals dogs, including feeding, grooming, and walking

Running errands, such as grocery shopping or picking up packages

Ensuring the estate's vehicles are well-maintained

Candidates must be / have:Experience of working in a similar role for a private estate / HNW individual







Knowledge of fine fabrics, silverware, art, and antiques

Valid driving licences

Proficiency in EnglishCooking skills, would be a plusAccommodationThe successful couple will be provided with exceptional accommodation, consisting of a spacious and modern private apartment. It includes a double bedroom, a large open-plan kitchen and sitting room, and a bathroom. Additionally, the couple will have the use of an onsite car for personal and work-related purposes.
