Have you had executive responsibility for overseeing the finance department in the hospitality sector preferably within a luxurious high-end establishment? The Shangri-la Hotel, The Shard. Within this role you will be accountablefor overseeing the whole finance department reporting into the general manager of the hotel. You will be an excellent communicator with strong financial management skills and be confident in ensuring robust controls within the finance team and the hotel at large.
As well as, taking a hands-on approach,
you will be passionate about assisting, guiding, and leading your team to success. Does this sound like you? You have previous knowledge of overseeing the finance department ideally in luxurious high-end establishments.
You have knowledge and understanding about Forbes and how this impacts our overall business. As well as havingoutstanding analytical and critical thinking skills, you have a strong ability to budget and forecast at an organisational level including understanding and mitigating risks
You have collaborative and consultative approach to working with others and the ability to forge long-term relationships and drive decision-making in diverse, multi-stakeholder groups
You are naturally innovative and you will regularly review procedures and practices, ensuring simplicity and effectiveness
Within your established work history, you have proven experience inleading, motivating, and inspiring large teams, ensuring productivity and a smooth operation.
