As our Conference & Events Beverage Supervisor you will support the Beverage Manager with the effective and efficient running of the hotels Beverage function within the Conference & Events team. You will serve as a departmental role model and mentor by working alongside the events team to perform technical or functional job duties. You are able to encourage and motivate the team to perform their best and you take responsibility for tasks you are assigned and can make the right decision and provide input on possible improvements.

Communications skills are key as you will need to collaborate with other departments to ensure the events run efficiently and previous Beverage experience is essential. To succeed as our Conference & Events Beverage Supervisor, you will need: Minimum 1 years experience in a Senior Bartender / Team Leader role within Meeting and Events/Banqueting. Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.

Experience within a 5* hotel or property of similar size and complexity.





Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals. Previous experience with Delphi and Micros.

We are committed to offer and provide our Conference & Events Beverage Supervisor with a competitive salary and a large range of benefits:£15.86 per hour (£32,988 per annum) plus night premium, paid overtime and great IHG perks! 28 days holiday each year, including bank holidays, this increases up to a maximum of 33 days? (Pro Rated)?
