If that excites you, how about joining our team as a PA to our UK COO and UK CRCO ? Reporting to the UK COO, you will be supporting the UK COO and UK CRCO, and their senior leadership teams to ensure that their divisions run effectively and smoothly.

You’ll be working on a wide range of activities and projects from diary management, drafting emails and documents, travel arrangements and event organising.

This will be a 12-month fixed term contract, and we are looking for someone to start immediately.

Our new PA will need to be comfortable to work in person at our London office in Borough Yards once or twice a week, the rest of the week this role is based remotely.







Your role includes :

- Provide support to the UK COO and UK CRCO, plus additional members of their senior leadership team. This includes, but is not limited to, diary management, drafting emails and managing inbox, organising offsites, both business and team lunches, drafting documents and ensuring quarterly meetings and half year / full year reviews are scheduled in advance
- Working closely with ClearBank’s PA / EA and Executive group to ensure consistency and alignment
- Supporting Board Days, Internal Workshops / Meetings, and any Client Meetings
- Expenses management for the COO & CRCO and their senior team
- Travel arrangements and work-related bookings

Requirements

What you’ll bring :

To excel in this role, you’ll also need :







- Previous PA experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable supporting different team members with varying priorities, and acting as a central point of contact for department enquiries from other areas of the Bank
- Ability to actively engage with key stakeholders in the business
- Ability to work independently but also in a team and cross-functionally
- Excellent organisational skills and deadline-focused approach
- Exceptional working knowledge of full Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to pick up new programmes where necessary
- Ability to act with discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

Our hiring process and what you can expect

Application :





a member of our talent acquisition team will review your application against the key requirements for the role and let you know within two weeks whether you’re moving forward to the next stage;

Screening : You’ll spend 30-45 minutes speaking to one of our recruiters learning more about the role and ClearBank, and we’ll get it know more about you, your experience and how your skills align with the role (this will be via phone or Teams call).

You can expect to hear back from us within seven days following this meeting (if things are taking longer than expected, we’ll let you know that too);

First Interview : You’ll spend upto 45 minutes with some members of our existing PA / EA team focussing on your skills, competencies and your ways of working at the same time we’ll give you time to ask more questions about the role, the team and learn more about the ClearBank culture.

This will be via Teams.

Final Stage : This will be a meeting with our UK COO and UK CRCO, focussing in more detail on your skills, competencies and your ways of working
