What you'll bring :
- Extensive experience in healthcare communications, with a strong background in an agency setting
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of managing high-profile accounts and delivering results
- Expertise in PR, communications, and marketing,
particularly within healthcare, pharma, or life sciences
- Strong client management skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships and provide strategic counsel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and teams, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met
- Experience developing and mentoring junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- A relevant degree is preferred, but not essential
Your responsibilities will include :
- Leading the strategic direction of client accounts, overseeing the development of innovative communications strategies
- Managing a portfolio of high-profile healthcare clients, ensuring exceptional service and results across all projects
- Leading and mentoring account teams, supporting their growth and ensuring high standards are maintained
- Acting as a key point of contact for senior client stakeholders,
providing strategic advice and managing client expectations
- Overseeing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure the smooth delivery of client campaigns
- Leading new business development efforts, including proposal writing, pitching, and networking to drive agency growth
- Staying up to date with industry trends and ensuring clients receive cutting-edge advice and support
