Job description
Senior Finance Manager -Basingstoke (hybrid) - £65,000 - £75,000 - ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified.
IN2 Consult are partnering with a bluechip client on the recruitment of a Senior Finance Manager to join their team.To paint the picture, our client are an industry leader with the great propsect of internal career progression.
This is a hands on role which offers the opportunity to implement process improvement for a large scale business.
The key duties of this Senior Finance Manager include :
- Overseeing the month / period end close
- Managing a team of Qualified Management Accountants
- Driving internal controls
- Implementing process improvement
- Partnering with auditors and anwsering queries
- Partnering with senior stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance under IFRS / FRS technical reporting standards
The desired candidate for this Senior Finance Manager role should have the following experience :
- Proven track record of working within a managerial position
- ACCA / ACA / CIMA Qualified
- Fully adept with month close
- Previous experience implementing process improvements.
- A bluechip background is preffered but not essential
- Technically adept with IFRS / FRS Reporting standards
