Recruitment Solutions are looking for an experienced Administrator for our client based in Exeter - Marsh Barton.
As a customer service administrator you will be providing a link between customer and company in order to satisfy queries, record & resolve problems.
Your duties will involve:
- responding to customer queries
- building good working relationships with company's customer base
- maintain customer's accounts and update when needed
- complete all VIP calls according to schedule
- use of in-house IT systems relevant to your role (Full training given)
- process all documentation correctly and maintain files and records according to procedures
- other Ad Hoc duties as required
This is a temporary to permanent position Monday to Friday (36.5h/week)
