About thejob :
We seek a highly versatileand skilled CRM Manager for a fulltime role.
The ideal candidatewill have experience working with sports and casino players in theonline gambling industry.
Your role will involve using youranalytical approach to plan execute and report on successfulcampaigns to the team and the head of the department.
The GamingManaged Services team supports our clients by providing outsourcedservices across the full scope of online gambling operations.
Thisposition will lead the retention marketing for various clients.Devising and executing strategy in collaboration with Affiliate andacquisition marketing teams to provide optimal results for ourclients blending creativity and clinical analysis you will play acrucial role in our clientssuccess.
What Youll get to do :
- Contribute to theretention marketing for various clients across casino sport andlottery verticals
- Plan & executeweekly and monthly retention marketing campaigns for a range ofplayer groups
- Build and deploy a variety ofpromotions and bonuses to secure ongoing playerengagement
- Monitor and report on theeffectiveness of retention marketing activities (manage KPIs)
bothinternally and externally
- Maintain effectiveinternal communications to ensure that all relevant companyfunctions are kept informed of CRM objectives activities andresult
- Take ownership of relevant regulatoryrequirements as they relate to online gambling in necessaryjurisdictions
What Youneed to shine :
- Demonstrableexperience in CRM marketing and familiarity with retentionmarketing tools (Optimove Fast Track Emarsysetc.)
- Working knowledge of online gamblingpromotions focused on horse betting
- Commercialunderstanding of what success looks like relative to marketingefforts
- Ability to coordinate content creationacross multiple campaigns
- Sportsbookspecificexperience
- Fluent English German language wouldbe a plus
- Experience in regulatedmarkets
- Experience curating campaigns andpromotions for VIPs (nice tohave)
