Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist located in Central London. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for appointment scheduling,





phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and maintaining medical office operations.

Qualifications

- Experience in appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, and receptionist duties
- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with medical office procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in using office software and electronic medical records
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Relevant certification or diploma in medical office administration is beneficial

Salary

Based on qualifications and experience £22 000-£30 000
