Councils as an EV Infrastructure Commercial Officer and play a pivotal role in the rollout of
electric vehicle infrastructure across London’s boroughs.
In this exciting position, you’ll lead the design and delivery of commercial strategies,
collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the Mayor’s Office, TfL, and private
sector partners, and help shape the city’s green transportation network. You'll ensure London’s
boroughs get the best value for money, provide expert advice on procurement and contract
management,
and negotiate key agreements that will accelerate the transition to electric
vehicles.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement cutting-edge procurement strategies for EV infrastructure.
Build strong relationships with local authorities, government bodies, and private sector
partners.
Lead high-level contract negotiations and ensure maximum value for London’s residents and
businesses.
Facilitate partnerships to resolve issues and improve EV infrastructure delivery.
Be the key point of contact for suppliers, driving the delivery of London’s EV
infrastructure goals.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in high-value procurement and contract management, particularly in
infrastructure projects.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Knowledge of EV charging networks and relevant policies is a plus.
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for sustainability.
