The Role
This Legal 500 firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their professional and friendly team at their office in the West End.
The work will involve a broad range of general commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to:
- Claims involving fraud, breach of contract, and professional negligence;
- Contentious and non-contentious insolvency; and
- Corporate and shareholder disputes.
The team is professional, friendly, supportive, and led by strong business generators.
With the growth within the department, you will have excellent prospects; you will work side by side with industry leaders, giving you a platform to rise to the top.
Requirements:
- You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor 2-4 PQE.
- You will have good experience dealing with a contentious commercial caseload.
- You will have first-class interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid client relationships.
