As a Non-Executive Director, your duties will include:
* Playing a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of the organisation
* Advise and oversee the Association investment strategy, ensuring it aligns with its values, mission, and financial goals
* Provide regular updates to the Board on the portfolio's performance and make recommendations for adjustments to investment strategies where necessary
* Ensure that the Association investment approach promotes long-term financial sustainability, considering responsible and socially impactful investment opportunities
The organisation are seeking a Non-Executive Director with skills and experience across financial investment, wealth management and governance to join a collaborative and engaged board of an organisation with great financial health. This is a unique opportunity to use your expertise to make a lasting impact.

The Association will be hosting a Q&A; Webinar on Tuesday 12th November (6-7pm), where they will share further insights and answer any additional questions you may have. Please register your interest in attending this webinar and we will send you a registration link.
