Team: Experiences Guest Team Lead – Front of House
Location: Aldourie Castle on the beautiful shores of Loch Ness, Inverness-shire, Scotland
Hours: 40 hours per week on a 12 month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). This maternity cover position may be eligible for extension subject to business growth and operational needs.

The Role
To accommodate for a period of maternity leave, we are searching for an individual who shares our passion and commitment to engage our guests in our 200 year vision. You will lead the front-of-house team to consistently work together and deliver high-quality service to our guests. You will cover a shift rota covering mornings to afternoons & afternoons to evenings across 7 days. We are an exclusive-use venue and seek warm, friendly individuals willing to work across all aspects of the ‘house’.
As we expand and increase our team, there may be an opportunity to become a permanent member of the Wildland family

The Place
Aldourie Castle is a 300-year-old Baronial castle thoughtfully reimagined for today as a beautiful home and exclusive stay, here on the banks of the enchanting Loch Ness surrounded by 500 acres of gardens, woodland and wildflower meadows. Enjoy your working day in one of the most beautiful settings in the Highlands & Islands.

Who you are
We prioritise your personality, attitude and how you lead your team.
You will align with our goal of ‘People First’ and demonstrate positive team behaviours at all times; whilst co-ordinating the day to day activities with a small team.
You will already have leadership experience in the hospitality sector.
You hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle that can be used for work-related travel where required.
