We are recruiting on behalf of a multi-award recognized, full-service marketing agency based in Birmingham, looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in digital marketing and agency experience to lead impactful projects for a diverse range of clients.
About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in planning, executing, and managing marketing strategies for an impressive client portfolio, ranging from small startups to large,
established brands. You'll be responsible for:
- Managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication and outstanding results.
- Designing and implementing paid social, influencer marketing, content strategies, and SEO campaigns tailored to each client's goals.
- Analyzing and optimizing campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives, ensuring marketing solutions align with their growth strategies.
- Managing and mentoring a talented team of marketers, guiding their development and ensuring the highest standards of work.
- Building long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and driving their digital success.
Who We're Looking For:
- You have agency experience, working with a variety of clients (at least 3), from SMEs to large companies.
- You're a digital marketing expert, with strong skills in social media management, paid advertising, influencer marketing, content creation, and SEO.
- A confident leader, able to manage a team and deliver projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication and client management skills to maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
