Description
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide accurate and timely financial analysis and insights
- Support strategic decision making
- Drive the financial performance
- Deliver key financial objectives
- Work closely with other members of the Accounting & Finance department
- Participate in financial planning and budget processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in the Property / Construction industry
- Ability to drive financial performance
- Experience in a similar role in Accounting & Finance
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
- Annual leave - Start with 26 days, increasing to 31 days with service. Plus public holidays
- Pension - Generous employer contributions of 8%. You pay 2%, although you can choose to pay more if you want
