The ideal candidate will have substantive employment tribunal experience along with a proven track record of effectively managing your own caseload. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging cases while collaborating with a collegiate team of legal professionals.Key responsibilities:
- Preparing for tribunal hearings,
including drafting pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Managing your own caseload, ensuring timely and effective progression of cases.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case development.
- Liaise with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates.
- Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members on complex, high-profile matters.
About you:
- Proven experience as a paralegal in employment law, with substantial tribunal experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to legal work.
