As the Creative Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in bringing our refreshed visual identity to life. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to create high-impact visuals that reflect our new brand direction, including flyers, newsletters, brochures, posters, and digital assets. This role focuses on delivering creative content across various channels, while also contributing to the smooth execution of marketing campaigns. Your design skills will help shape the future of our brand, ensuring consistency and appeal in everything we produce.
Duties will include,
but not limited to:
Social Media Visual Content:
- Design engaging visuals for our social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) that align with our rebrand.
- Work with internal teams to develop social media campaigns that are visually compelling and drive engagement.
Content Creation and Graphic Design
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager to produce visually compelling marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, newsletters, and posters.
- Support the creation of new visual assets that reflect our evolving brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Support The Hospital Saturday Fund charity by designing promotional materials for events and meetings to maintain a cohesive visual identity during the rebranding process.
Email Marketing Automation and Design
- Assist with email campaigns for the UK and Ireland, focusing on creating visually appealing, branded email templates.
- Ensure all email marketing designs are polished and professional in appearance to enhance the user journey.
Salesforce Visual Integration & Customisation
- Assist in integrating new branding elements into Salesforce and Account Engagement, supporting creative assets for our sales teams.
- Provide visual resources such as infographics and reports for internal and external use.
- Create visually enhanced reports, proposals and presentations, integrating rebranded elements to ensure consistency across all internal and external communications.
Creative Input on Marketing Strategy:
- Contribute to marketing meetings with design ideas that align with our brand, supporting the team in delivering a fresh, engaging customer experience.
- Provide creative solutions for urgent design needs during the rebrand transition.
Administrative Support
- Assist with managing print production logistics by liaising with vendors, coordinating proofing, colour matching, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials for events and campaigns.
- Maintain an organised digital hub and folder of creative assets, including design templates, brand guidelines, and visual resources, to ensure team members can access and use them effectively.
- Assist with admin tasks as needed to support the Sales and Marketing team with a variety of tasks, i.e. reports and completion of spreadsheets.
Skills/experience:
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that showcases design work across both print and digital media.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite:
Illustrator and InDesign).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to create engaging visual content tailored to each platform.
- Organisational skills with attention to detail, particularly in implementing a rebrand or brand launch across various channels.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and deliver creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for contributing fresh ideas during a rebrand.
- A collaborative team player, ready to support the marketing team while also working independently.
Desirable skills/experience:
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Dotdigital).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web design principles.
- Experience in email marketing design, including templates and layouts, with a focus on brand consistency.
- Video editing, animation or multimedia production experience would be an advantage.
