A day in the Life..
We are seeking an enthusiastic Email Marketing Executive to join our small but ambitious CRM team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for email marketing, a creative flair for design and copywriting, and familiarity Klaviyo. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to really grow their skills in email marketing within a dynamic team environment with a structured and transparent career path.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, QC test, and deploy all email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo, ensuring timely and effective delivery of marketing communications
- Collaborate with the wider Email Marketing Team to establish correct audience segmentation, testing & goal codes, and sending rules
- Brief the design team with new campaign
- Analyze email campaign performance metrics, and report back to the wider team, to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Support the planning of the email marketing calendar
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, incorporating new strategies and technologies as appropriate
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous (min 1 year) experience of email marketing - ideally in eCommerce/D2C
- Proficient with email marketing platforms, specifically Klaviyo
- Proficient in using excel
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving
- Good self-management and time-management skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience using Figma, Indesign or equivalent
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding
