Venn Group have partnered with a leading NHS Trust based in London, who are looking to recruit a Band 4 Interim Chef De Partie to assist in the production high quality meals and efficient service to all customers including patients and staff.
Rate: £17.80 per hour Umbrella
Location: London
Duration: 4 months initially
Hours: 37.5 a week
Key Duties:
- To rotate into all areas of the kitchen i.e. Larder, Sauce, Pastry and Vegetable Sections as required.
- Work within all areas of kitchen production
- To liaise with the duty chef regarding menu item production needs
- Produce patients meals as required
- To be responsible for the general production of meals to patients and staff.
- Ensure food production standards are of the highest quality and that production meets the specified times of service
