Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to plumbing service requests across London and the Home Counties

* Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair work for various systems (heating, drainage, etc.)

* Diagnose and fix plumbing issues promptly and effectively

* Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional client relationships

* Work as part of the M&E; team to assist in wider building services projects as required in the future

What We’re Looking For:

* Qualified plumber with relevant certifications (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)







* Experience in reactive and planned plumbing maintenance

* Full UK driving licence

* Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude

* Willingness to undergo further training and professional development
