Job Title: Senior Credit Risk Analyst
Location: Remote with monthly travel to our head office in Chandlers Ford
Salary: £46,811 plus 15% bonus

What does this role involve?
You will lead a team of Credit Analysts, to translate data from our CRM systems and make recommendations to senior stakeholders across the credit risk department.
Day to day you will:
* analyse data trends and performance to reduce risk across our debt portfolio;
* use third party behavioural data including Credit Reference Agencies in developing predictive models that inform strategic responses;
* design and deliver strategies to support sustainable debt solutions;
* present findings and recommendations to senior leadership teams.
Who are we looking for?
You will be an experienced Credit Risk leader, with a strong experience of monitoring and responding to risk and driving strategic solutions.
Your communication skills will allow you to present complex findings to key stakeholders and your strong attention to detail, ensures the accuracy needed to confidently effect change.
Your role might involve having access to some sensitive information, so you'll most likely need to go through enhanched security vetting.
