Our client is a forward-thinking independent lettings and asset management provider that is growing in the London property market. With a talented, hard-working and high-performance team,





the business is building a reputation based on the delivery of top-quality service for all its’ clients.

This is a very exciting time to join the company, as in the coming months the business embarks on the next chapter of its growth story with a rapidly expanding strategy into the institutional Build to Rent and Co-Living sectors. To support this, they are looking to expand their Property and Portfolio Management team to help strengthen their award-winning service; and this is where you come in!

The Block Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the efficient management and maintenance of residential properties within a specific property or property complex. This role is responsible for ensuring a high standard of living for residents and maintaining the value of the properties under their management.

If you are a motivated and experienced property professional with a passion for Portfolio Lettings and Management sectors, and have prior experience in a similar role, please get in touch today!







Personal specification:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a facilities/ estates role, with a minimum of 3 years in property sector
- A successful track record in residential property and facilities management or a similar field
- IRPM or ARMA qualifications or working towards
- A good knowledge of budget formulation and approval
- An understanding of and track record of block management is highly desirable
- A good knowledge of M&E;, PPM and H&S; is critical
- You must be a self-starter, proactive, organised, with good attention to detail
- Great communications skills, both written and oral
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in property management software






- Understanding of QUBE, Fixflo, Blocks Online, Spike would be useful.

The salary on offer will be in the region of £38,000 to £45,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
