A leading Investment Management firm is looking for a proactive EA/PA to support a team of senior managers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, professional EA/PA who would like to combine their financial services experience with an interest in ESG. (Hybrid working 3/2)What you’ll be doing day to day:Complex diary management for the team in London and
New YorkManaging and booking global travel
Coordinating, creating and editing reports, documents and presentations
Keeping client meeting trackers up to date
Organising team events
Creating and printing research packs
Coordinating conference logistics
The skills you need to bring:Experience providing EA/PA support to a busy team, ideally in financial services
Global mindset: adaptable quick thinking
Confident communication skills and strong relationship builder
