Join BioTalent: Senior Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences
Flexible Basic Salary + Commission

At The IN Group, we are market leaders in recruitment across multiple specialisms, and we are excited to expand our Life Science brand BioTalent. This role is ideal for a recruitment consultant with two or more years of experience, eager to join a consultative, high-performing company that prioritises support and development to elevate your recruitment career.
We are expanding across perm and contract due to significant growth in our leadership teams and wider investment. We are looking for an additional 360 consultant to take over a portion of the desk and capitalise on existing success,
build with new clients and develop existing accounts.
The Role:
You will manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from initial contact through to aftercare. Your focus will be on delivering timely and effective results with enthusiasm and accountability. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and interviewing candidates
- Advising and providing feedback to candidates
- Attending client meetings
- Market mapping specific candidate pools and headhunting
- Generating leads through relationship building
- Developing new business opportunities
- Communicating with clarity and conviction, ensuring fairness of opportunity for all candidates
What Are We Looking For?
- A recruitment consultant with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience, ideally in life science markets, though this is not essential.
- Experience communicating in a professional setting.
- A minimum of two years of recruitment experience is preferred, ideally within life sciences.
- A driven and motivated approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
- A desire to be part of a high-performing, culture-led agency that values every team member.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
