Job Title: Marketing and Communications Coordinator
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for driving business growth and brand visibility? We're looking for an ambitious and proactive Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join a Global Certification Body - working heavily in the Testing, Inspection and Certification space.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual to shape communication strategies, enhance brand positioning, and drive lead generation in a role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Your Mission:
As the Marketing and Communications Coordinator,
you'll take charge of creating and executing communication strategies that align with our global and regional marketing plans. Your work will support lead generation, elevate our brand, and ensure our messaging resonates with target audiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies across digital and physical channels to drive performance and lead generation in line with regional strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Operations, and key stakeholders to launch targeted communication activities tailored to specific market segments.
- Lead the execution of go-to-market communication plans, including events, webinars, co-branding activities, content marketing, and digital/social media campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics, optimizing efforts to fuel growth.
- Manage the local communication budget, coordinating with the regional team to execute campaigns effectively.
- Organizational Relationships:
Reporting to the Regional Communication Manager,
this role operates on a hybrid working basis from their London office.
Key Qualifications:
- A degree in marketing communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Expertise in web, digital, and social media marketing techniques.
- Experience managing key marketing channels—events, email marketing, digital, and social media.
- Familiarity with tools such as CRM systems, content marketing platforms, and webinar tools.
- The ability to produce and adapt content across multiple platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the certification market is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Adaptability and initiative in various situations.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
- A customer-first mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
