Due to ongoing growth and success, we’re pleased to be hiring a Senior-Level Recruitment Consultant who will join our team in Belfast.
The Role
As a member of our team, you’ll have full autonomy to run your own desk, focusing on the growing technology market in Ireland. You’ll have the opportunity to build out a team of your own, with options in the future to work in any of our international offices.
Typical responsibilities will include-
- Sourcing candidates and creating a pipeline of candidates for future openings
- Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, prepping candidates for interviews, and ensuring a smooth experience
- Scheduling interviews and providing feedback
- Building relationships with both candidates and clients, and providing market insight
- Generating new business through cold calling, chasing leads and research
About You
- Proven track history in a 360-recruitment role (IT recruitment experience desirable but not essential)
- Experience working on business development and generating leads
- Confident, professional and excellent communication skills
