Year1 Teacher Responsibilities
Createand implement lesson plans that align with the national curriculumand school guidelines
Deliver engaging andeffective instruction to Year 1 students promoting activeparticipation and academic growth
Use a varietyof teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learningstyles
Provide constructive feedback and supportto students to enhance their learningexperiences
Create and maintain a positive andinclusive classroom atmosphere
Collaborate withcolleagues to develop and implement schoolwide initiatives andprograms
Communicate regularly with parents andguardians regarding student progress anddevelopment
Year1 Teacher Requirements
Hold arelevant teaching qualification and QTS (Qualified TeacherStatus)
Proven experience in teaching Year 1students including knowledge of the nationalcurriculum
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to effectively interact with studentscolleagues and parents
Strong organizational andadministrative abilities to manage lesson planning assessments andreporting
Passionate about education anddedicated to fostering a love for learning in youngstudents
Ability to create a positive andinclusive learning environment that promotes studentengagement
Flexibility and adaptability to meetthe individual needs of students and respond to changes in theeducationalenvironment
