They’re the market leader within their sector, with values based on compassion and service and they’re now looking to add even more Business Travel Consultants to their homebased team.
This is an amazing opportunity for experienced Business Travel Consultants to move into a role which will offer them the chance to work with a diverse and extremely rewarding client base, arranging travel to almost 200 countries throughout the world.
A minimum of 12 months business travel reservations experience is essential for the role, along with the ability to deliver high levels of customer service and good worldwide geography.
In return our client can offer a starting salary of up to £28k, plus monthly bonus, extensive industry benefits and excellent opportunities for career development within the organisation.

Role of Business Travel Consultant :
- Handle all travel requirements for a specialist client base
- Arranging and booking complex flight itineraries
- Respond to calls and emails from clients in a polite, efficient and professional manner
- Deliver an outstanding level of customer service at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients at all levels
- Offer advice on the best routes and fares for clients
Skills required for the role :
- Minimum 12 months experience within a business travel reservations role - essential
- Proficiency on a GDS Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre
- Good worldwide geographical knowledge
- Strong organisational skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
