Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive physical education lessons
- Assess and monitor students' progress
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's physical education curriculum
- Organize and coordinate extracurricular physical activities and events
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Support students with additional needs,
ensuring their inclusion within physical education lessons
- Stay up-to-date with current developments in physical education and implement best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching physical education in a school setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Physical Education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
