History Teacher Full-time Permanent Position Surrey
Our client, a highly regarded secondary school in Surrey, is seeking an experienced and passionate History Teacher to join their esteemed department.
This full-time permanent position commences in January and presents a unique opportunity to deliver an inspiring and comprehensive curriculum to KS3 and KS4 students.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver engaging and stimulating History lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Develop innovative lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum objectives.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote individual growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest teaching methodologies and subject-matter expertise.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching History to KS3 and KS4 students.
- A strong passion for History and a commitment to inspiring students' curiosity and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
