Our client, a leading real estate private equity fund with a global reach, is seeking a highly motivated and analytical German speaking Analyst with a passion for real estate to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of investment opportunities and make a significant impact on the industry.
As an Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the investments team by :
- Conducting thorough market analysis and evaluating potential investment opportunities
- Preparing detailed investment reports and financial models
- Assisting with due diligence and negotiating transaction terms
- Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying potential risks
- Collaborating with other members of the investment team to achieve goals
Candidate Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate investment banking or private equity
- Fluent German
- Solid financial modelling skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field
