My client is looking for a Digital Product Manager to join their growing team in Brentford. They are looking for a Digital Product Manager, this role is very much someone who is at the start of their product career and is now wanting more responsibility in their role.
The role itself will be to ensure that the company website and mobile apps have an optimal performance to maximise revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
On a day-to-day basis you will be monitoring and analysing the performance of the digital platforms to identify pain points in the user journey and growth opportunities.
You will be managing the demand process and be a day-to-day contact for marketing, operations, commercial and other business stakeholders.
In the role, you be working closely with Customer Support and Digital team to collect and analyse customer feedback. You will be collating a backlog of requirements for fixes and new features and coordinating their delivery by internal teams in priority order.
You will also be testing new features and fixes in the production environment.
My client requires you to have a good working knowledge of Ecommerce and experience with B2C transactional websites (app Experience is desired but not a must).
You will need a good understanding of techniques that drive traffic generation, conversion, acquisition & optimisation. You must have experience in developing and improving customer journeys.
