About the Role andTeam :
Are you a dynamic and innovative marketerwith a passion for driving growth Join us as a Digital MarketingManager and lead the charge in enhancing our digitalpresence.
In this role you will be instrumentalin setting up and implementing our digital strategy. Were seekingsomeone with a strong background in digital marketing ready toharness the power of online channels to support our overallmarketing efforts.
Your work will encompass digital advertising SEOsocial media affiliate marketing and a solid understanding of bothorganic and paid best practices.
In addition tothese responsibilities a key part of your role will be to upskillour current marketing team sharing your knowledge and expertise toenhance their capabilities and ensure our team is at the forefrontof digital marketing trends.
Youll work closelywith our eCommerce Manager and report directly to the Head ofeCommerce.
Our team has grown from 2 to 15 members in the last 18months based in Bramley Leeds and across the globe.
Thiscollaboration is key to driving our objectivesforward.
What Youll BeDoing :
- Develop andImplement Strategies : Craft and execute digitalstrategies to enhance our online presence and support overallbusiness goals.
- DigitalAdvertising : Offer strategic advice and support forcampaigns ensuring digital advertising aligns with our coremessages.
- AffiliateMarketing : Manage and grow our affiliate marketingprogramme building partnerships that drive traffic andsales.
- Social MediaManagement : Oversee and optimise our social mediaefforts to engage our audience and grow ourbrand.
- ContentMarketing :
Develop and implement content marketingstrategies to promote our products andbrand.
- Upskill the MarketingTeam : Provide training and mentorship to enhance theskills and knowledge of our marketing teammembers.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the eCommerce Manager to ensure cohesive andaligned marketingstrategies.
- CampaignAnalysis : Analyse and report on campaign performanceensuring continuous improvement and alignment with businessgoals.
- TrendAnalysis : Stay ahead of industry trends to adaptstrategies for optimalperformance.
