- Someonearound 2 years exp in servicemanagement

Duties :
- Workspecifically in service improvement role / exposure
- Responsiblefor managing the service delivery of ICTservices
- responsiblefor defining service level agreements (SLAs) and operational levelagreements (OLAs) across all relevant businessfunctions.
- Atthis level they may manage a fully functioning multisourced servicesupport team focused on serviceavailability
- andperformance.
- Allservice and support functions remain responsive to customerneeds.
- Adequatereporting and service standards are met for their specificservice.
- Alltechnical change is communicated and managed with appropriategovernance.
- Aprogramme of continual service improvement is put in place acrossthe wider service deliveryfunction.
Requirements
TypicalSkills :
- Maintainsecure configuration and accurateinformation.
- ControllingIT assets in one or more significant areasand
- verifyinglocation and state ofassets.
- Experiencewith either ITIL or supporting ServiceImprovement
