The Employer Relations team at Henley Business School establish long-lasting, trusted partnerships with employers worldwide, creating valuable employment opportunities for our students.

The Placement Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing the availability and quality of student placements, work experience, and internships, aligning these opportunities with the curriculum and the University's growth objectives.
These experiences are key in helping students build career confidence, improve employability, and strengthen their academic success.
This student-facing position serves as the primary point of contact for students seeking placements and oversees the entire placement processfrom initial inquiry to post-placement support.
Core responsibilities include managing the placement inbox and portal for all placement and internship queries, handling the administrative tasks of approving placement providers, ensuring necessary health and safety compliance, and providing initial support for students before referring them to the careers consultants for further guidance.
You will have :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with wide range of colleagues and stakeholders associated with placement activities
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise, to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
