Forseven, a revolutionary company is looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, are seeking a Finance Analyst / Finance Manager (Sales & Afersales) to join our highly skilled and dynamic team .
Reporting into the Senior Commercial Finance Manager you will be responsible for partnering with the leadership of the Brand and Marketing functions as they embark on launching an innovative and unique global brand.
As a qualified accountant, within this newly created position, you will deliver timely and meaningful insight to your business stakeholders to aid decision making and ensure we maximise ROI as we launch a new luxury brand.
You will benefit from experiencing a business in a pre-revenue scale up phase and will have the opportunity to develop professionally as the company grows.
The role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our offices in Leamington or Shalford. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

Requirements
What you will do
- Business partner with the Brand, Marketing and PR functions immersing yourself in the teams both internally and externally within our agency partners.
- Deliver, budgets,
forecasts and long-range plans owning the marketing investment model ensuring that budgets are sufficient in scale and efficiently used to achieve our growth ambitions.
- Work with the Brand and Marketing leaders to develop a robust ROI targeting and measurement framework
- Deliver robust governance and cost control across projects and campaigns as we launch a global luxury brand
- Support the finance analyst in ensuring that month end figures are accurate and monthly reporting is timely and insightful.
- Deliver value add analysis and business cases that support and influence decision making
Who you are :
- A newly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / Cima)
- Experience of working with brand and marketing functions of global organisations and experience of working with agency partners.
- Experience in Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering or FP&A.;
- Experienced in working with business stakeholders of all levels and adapting working style to influence effectively.
- Personable, approachable and empathetic individual with clear communication skills and an ability to build effective working relationships.
- Analytical and system-thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Advanced capability in excel, experience with Power BI & Power query beneficial
- Courageous and ambitious - has a can-do’ attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to achieve great results, finding a way when encountering obstacles or setbacks.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment where change is constant, and structures and systems are new and constantly evolving.
