Job description
- Desk Engineering Assistant Manager ( 12 months)
- A professional and adaptable communication style to be able to converse with all Reporting into Desk operations manager
- Responsibility for settlement of Total Loss claims including
- obtaining policy info
- indemnity checks
- payment requests
- payment confirmations
- MIAFTR entry
- salvage disposal
- Engagement with Davies Tech team
- Escalation management
- Ensure targets are reached, maintained
- To produce daily statistics
- Development of team to achieve client SLA’s via support and coaching and feedback
- Ensure a high level of staff engagement
- Assisting in conducting regular performance and audit reviews
- Continuous improvement focus leading excellent customer service
- To challenge processes to continue improvement of best practise.

- Strong communication both internally and externally to the business.
- Excellent time management skills with a proactive approach and attitude
- Strong numeracy, literacy and IT skills
- Being able to adjust quickly and efficiently to maximize efficiency of the team / workloads.
- Previous vehicle valuation experience (Glass’s / CAP etc ) would be advantageous but not a requirement.
