Year 4 TeacherResponsibilities
Plan and deliverengaging and differentiated lessons for Year 4students
Assess students progress and providetimely and constructive feedback
Create apositive and inclusive classroom environment where students feelsafe and motivated to learn
Collaborate withcolleagues to develop and implement effective teachingstrategies
Communicate regularly with parentsand guardians to provide updates on studentsprogress
Deliver engaging and effectiveinstruction to Year 4 students promoting active participation andacademic growth
Use a variety of teachingstrategies and resources to cater to different learningstyles
Year 4 TeacherRequirements
Qualified TeacherStatus (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teachingin a primary school preferably with experience in year4
A strong understanding of the nationalcurriculum and assessment frameworks
Excellentclassroom management skills
Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills
Abilityto differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs ofstudents
Dedication to ongoing professionaldevelopment andgrowth
